ETSU Alum Dr. Kenneth Martin Retires after 43 Years as President of Navarro College–Ellis County Campus

Dr. Kenneth Martin, East Texas State University alum, retired from Navarro College in August 2018 after serving as president of the Ellis County campus for 43 years. Throughout his career, Martin helped establish several impactful programs including Open Doors to Success and Waxahachie Global High School. Martin graduated from ETSU in 1973 with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education and in 1976 with a Master of Science in Guidance & Counseling.
